I am originally from Tenerife – Canary Islands – Spain and have over 14 years of experience in the catering industry. I prepared Spanish & Mediterranean dishes, my specialty is Paellas.

I consider that our Paellas & Tapas are the most authentic from Spain that you can find in this area.

All our dishes are made from scratch, and we can customize all dishes to meet everybody needs such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free (My Paellas are all GF), Lactose Free, Kosher, etc.

We want all our customers to enjoy every moment of our catering services.

As my friends and family know, I have always been passionate about cooking and being the youngest of a family of twelve, I have fond memories of preparing the traditional Spanish dishes of the Canary Islands for my family. As I love to say, everything that I cook is made from scratch just like how my mother taught me.

My mother always told me: any dish that you prepare, put all of your heart into making it, try to use the best ingredients available and focus on what you are making; but most importantly, pour your heart and passion into your cooking Through Tapas & Fun, I hope to share my love, knowledge, and passion of the foods and flavors of Spain so you can be as passionate about it as I am.
