Fatima and her delicious preparations made this an extraordinary celebration. Her warm personality was engaging. Everyone enjoyed the delicious tapas and paella. If you love paella, hers will be the best you’ve ever eaten! The Spanish cheesecake should not be missed! ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo!

When we were planning a 60th birthday celebration for my sister I came across an ad for Tapas & Fun Catering. Once I called and spoke with the owner and chef Fatima I was so pleased with what she told me the experience would be I immediately booked our party. Fatima helped me plan our menu and today served us a delicious array of Tapas. She then prepared Paella while the guests watched. Fatima provided interesting background history and great conversation with our guests. She served us delicious food, Tapas, Paella and dessert. The whole experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Fatima for your unique party experiene.

We had a resident Mother’s Day Celebration and our residents had nothing but compliments & positive feed back.The food was delicious and the Flamenco Dancers made it complete. They interacted with the residents and made it that much more exciting! Fatima was great to work with, she responded every time we contacted her, was on time, and went the extra mile to make our Dinner Party one to remember…Hats off to the Chef! Ole!

We had the easiest and most delicious time with Fatima. Everyone LOVED her and the paella was the most delicious. She was fair with her pricing and also even though we were having 100 people, she told us to back it off and she would make it for 50, since we were having some other choices and that was plenty! I thought that was very honest of her. She's the best!!

Fatima did such an amazing job serving and preparing food for our wedding! Appetizers and Paella was authentic and had delicious flavor throughout! She spent extra time cleaning up tables for us even though we never agreed upon that and she was tired out. Her kindness, professionalism, and communication was outstanding. We plan on visiting her shop frequently to purchase her yummy food.

I happened onto this cozy and intimate Spanish kitchen and store, and what a delightful surprise.We spoke with the lovely owner, Fatima, who has been in Sarasota for the last 19 years (originally from Tenerife, Canary Islands), but recently opened this establishment in the Gulfgate neighborhood three months ago.Fatima treated us to a sample of her recently prepared seafood paella... delicious. We bought some of her homemade gazpacho and savored the fresh tomato and vegetable puree.What an excellent surprise on our second day of a lengthy Florida vacation!Fatima is conducting a tapas cooking class on 1/17. For those looking to create and taste some sure-to-be authentic and delectable tapas and pintxos should consider signing up for her class.Cheers and welcome to Gulfgate Fatima!

What an amazing experience with Chef Fatima and our Paella Party for 20!!Everyone LOVED the food, music and entire cooking show as she made a wonderful paella on our lanai !!!!The empanadas and gazpacho were also nice tapas that set the tone as we sipped on our homemade sangria and Cava! We provided the serving plates, utensils and drinks. She did all the food and cleaned up after herself before ahe left.I Highly recommend Fatima for any catering event. Our experience was GREAT and she is lovely!!!!
