Fatima Soriano’s Story:
From the picturesque streets of the Canary Islands to the heart of Sarasota, Fatima Soriano has brought the soul of Spanish cuisine with her. In 2009, she began by sharing samples of Spanish tortilla with passersby, introducing Sarasota to authentic flavors of Spain.

Over time, her passion for sharing her culinary culture led her to open ‘Taste of Spain’ in Gulf Gate, turning it into a vibrant meeting spot for all food lovers.
